Item LA DIMENSION ONTO-LINGUISTIQUE DE LA DICHOTOMIE QUANTITÉ – QUALITÉ : LE CAS DE LA TRADUCTION POÉTIQUE(Universitatea Liberă Internaţională din Moldova, 2013) Guţu, IonPhilosophical vision on surrounding reality has a different kind of impact on current scientific research. Such an approach allows to borrow and exploit philosophical categories for research in the field of language-related sciences: translation studies, language teaching and others. The case of the dichotomies form – content, quantity – quality in poetic translation appears to us more than eloquent, because it carries solid arguments in favor of an equitable correlation between the quantity/dimension of the verses/stanzas of the original text and the quality of their translation in the target language, between the number of dominant poetic realities of the sourse language and their qualitative deverbalisation in the target language. The article proposes to examine the dichotomous correlation quantity – quality on the basis of poetic text and poetical translation.
