Abstract
The purpose of this work is to study and improve professional performance of employees. Research objectives include study and analysis of the literature on the psychological evaluation of professional performance, the study of the essence, characteristics and influences of professional performances’ assessment; processing and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative experimental data.
