Item Techniques de traduction des textes injonctifs dans l’industrie cosmétique: un équilibre entre précision et attractivité(CEP USM, 2024) Grădinaru, AngelaDans l’industrie cosmétique, une communication efficace est essentielle pour transmettre des instructions, des descriptions et des messages promotionnels aux consommateurs. L’article explore le processus de traduction de textes injonctifs dans le domaine cosmétique. Il s’agit de traduire des instructions qui guident les consommateurs dans l’utilisation sûre et efficace des produits de beauté. L’article souligne l’importance de la sensibilité culturelle et des nuances linguistiques dans la traduction, en particulier dans le contexte de l’industrie cosmétique, qui opère à l’échelle mondiale. Il met en évidence les défis auxquels sont confrontés les traducteurs lorsqu’ils restituent le langage injonctif dans la langue cible tout en préservant la clarté et l’efficacité. Les techniques de traduction décrites dans l’article englobent diverses considérations linguistiques et culturelles, visant à garantir que les textes traduits trouvent un écho auprès du public cible tout en restant fidèles au message d’origine. Des techniques telles que l’emprunt, l’équivalence, la modulation, la transposition, l’adaptation culturelle et l’optimisation linguistique sont explorées pour combler le fossé entre les langues et les cultures, facilitant ainsi une communication fluide dans le domaine cosmétique. De plus, l’article met l’accent sur le rôle des traducteurs en tant que médiateurs culturels qui facilitent la communication interculturelle et améliorent l’accessibilité des produits cosmétiques à divers marchés du monde entier. En utilisant des techniques de traduction efficaces, les entreprises de cosmétiques peuvent favoriser la confiance, la crédibilité et la satisfaction des consommateurs, contribuant ainsi à leur succès sur le marché mondial.Item TRANSLATING MEDIATION TERMINOLOGY IN CRIMINAL LAW FROM ENGLISH INTO ROMANIAN(Print-Caro, 2023-03-15) Cazacu, ParascoviaAs mediation gains more acceptance and recognition, it is essential to have precise translations of mediation terms and concepts to ensure the success of the mediation process. Translating mediation terminology in criminal law from English into Romanian requires a deep understanding of both legal systems and proficiency in both languages. Mediation terminology is often specific and technical, and it is important to find the right equivalent term in the target language to avoid ambiguity or confusion. In the context of criminal law, the translation of mediation terminology is particularly challenging as it involves concepts related to crime, punishment, and justice. The translator must be familiar with the legal frameworks of both countries and be able to accurately convey the meaning and nuances of legal terms. Additionally, the translator should be aware of any cultural or social differences between the two languages that may impact the interpretation of the terminology.Item ASPECTE CULTURALE ALE TRADUCERII TERMINOLOGIEI GASTRONOMICE IRLANDEZE ÎN ROMANUL „ULISE” DE JAMES JOYCE ÎN LIMBA ROMÂNĂ(CEP USM, 2023) Filimon, VeaceslavStudiul prezintă o clasificare stilistică și traductologică a terminologiei gastronomice în traducerea românească a romanului ”Ulise” de James Joyce din perspectiva culturologică. Sunt analizate cele mai importante aspecte naratologice în capitolul ”Lestrigonii”, în care autorul elaborează un nou ”gastro-limbaj” pentru a descrie realitățile irlandeze din perspectiva artei culinare, dar și cu o încercare de a scrie o istorie a bucătăriei irlandeze prin prisma culturii celtice, ebraice și greco-romane prin suprapunerea și fuzionarea sincretică a acestora în textul romanului. Studiul oferă și o retrospectivă a procedeelor și de traducere a unei diversități de termini gastronomici și posibilitatea echivalenței în traducerea românească.
