Item Level of communication competence in romanian language among non-native graduate students from the Republic of Moldova: aspects of monitoring and evaluation [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Goraș-Postică, Viorica; Nastasiu, SilviaThe study presents the results of a recent investigation carried out at Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. It aims to evaluate the self-perceptions of non-native medical students regarding their level of communication in Romanian, both as the official state language and as a tool for professional and civic integration. Communication skills were analyzed in relation to the official provisions of the National Romanian Language and Literature Curriculum, which formed the basis of the training for the graduate students who are now medical students. The analysis also considered the increasing institutional demands placed on them for their subsequent socio-professional integration with in the country.Item Modal hypertext – an innovative approach in the development of reading, digital and professional competences in vocational education [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Goraș-Postică, Viorica; Croitoru, LucicaVocational education is increasingly relevant due to its ability to quickly train qualified specialists within just three years of schooling. The educational process needs a renewal in teaching-learning-assesment using new technologies, as a request to the labor market. This study proposes an experimental approach based on modal hypertext, a cross-curricular digital tool designed to develop students’ reading, digital, and professional competencies. The research highlights the necessity of integrating ICT tools and multimodal texts into vocational education to stimulate student engagement, facilitate interdisciplinary learning, and bridge urban-rural educational gaps. Statistical analyses confirm modal hypertext significantly improves students’ overall competencies, reduces absenteeism, and supports teachers’ digital proficiency.Item Psycho-pedagogical conditions conducive to intensive english language learning by primary school students(CEP USM, 2024) Goraș-Postică, Viorica; Motfolea, Dana-MariaThe article includes an analytical approach to the psycho-pedagogical conditions that favor the intensive learning of the English language by primary school students. The research methodology consisted in studying the specialized literature from the perspective of its functionality in the classroom. As psycho-pedagogical conditions, which stimulate the teaching-learning-assessment process of students in the age of information and technologies, we researched: the learning environment, the professional level of teaching staff, the pedagogical principles, the interactive teaching learning assessment methodology, the use of ICT and other didactic resources, the partnership with the family. The finality of these conditions focuses on the knowledge of English as an international language, and as an essential competence in today’s society, which justifies the fact that Romanian students learn English starting within preparatory class, recently introduced in primary education, until the end of secondary education, then the high school, with the possibility to continue at the university or in other forms of education for young people and adults.Item ROLUL ȘCOLARULUI MIC ÎN PREDAREA-ÎNVĂȚAREA EFICIENTĂ A LIMBII ENGLEZE ÎN TREAPTA PRIMARĂ(CEP USM, 2024) Goraș-Postică, Viorica; Motfolea, Dana-MariaTeaching English as a foreign language in primary school for young students is a complex task for the teacher, and at the same time for the student, who believes that learning English is one of the most difficult subjects to learn. Language learning should be appropriate, more fun and enjoyable for the pupils to learn. The English teacher needs to have effective teaching strategies to make students understand English materials better in the learning process. And the pupils need to have the effective learning methodes in order to facilitate the educational process towards learning English. Due to the difficulties in learning English, it can make students lose their interest easily. This paper tries to solve this issue by showing that the role of young students from primary school is a key factor in the efficient teaching-learning of the English language. Knowing this fact, hopefully, teachers will be able to stimulate students’ interest more and improve their achievements in learning English.Item DIALOGUL DINTRE GENERAȚII ÎN CONTEXTUL EDUCAȚIEI NONFORMALE(CEP USM, 2023) Goraș-Postică, VioricaArticolul prezintă reflecții de ordin teoretic și practic despre rolul dialogului dintre generații în educația nonformală. Se insistă asupra deplasării accentelor în domeniul socioumanistic de la „conflictul dintre generații”, care, oricum, rămâne, în psihologie, ca o caracteristică fundamentală în psihologia vârstelor, la „solidaritatea dintre generații”. Eforturile conjugate, în acest sens, din partea actorilor educației contribuie la asigurarea bunăstării personale și comunitare și la transmiterea echilibrată a experiențelor și a valorilor perene. Documentele europene și bunele practici la capitolul dat analizează și concretizează această situație.Item PROVOCĂRI CURENTE ALE STAGIILOR UNIVERSITARE DE PRACTICĂ PEDAGOGICĂ DIN PERSPECTIVA EDUCAȚEI INTERCULTURALE(CEP USM, 2020) Goraș-Postică, VioricaStudiul prezintă rezultatele unei cercetări pedagogice ale problematicii stagiilor de practică din universități, inclusiv din perspectivă interculturală. Aspectele investigate țin de reliefarea succeselor, practicilor avansate, dar și de provocările și dificultățile ce intervin la etapa actuală în gestionarea și valorificarea competențelor achiziționate de studenții, viitori pedagogi, pe parcursul diferitor tipuri de practică. Lotul de subiecți, investigați în calitate de experți în domeniu, a inclus cadre didactice universitare, coordonatori de practică, iar chestionarea ca metodă de bază a fost relevantă obiectivelor de cercetare, cu caracter constatativ, formativ și de control la subiectul dat.
