Item Cooperarea vamală internaţională(CEP USM, 2024) Postovan, TiniaInternational customs cooperation is crucial for facilitating trade and preventing illegal activities at borders. By implementing simplified procedures through international agreements and conventions, countries can reduce wait times and transaction costs. The data shows significant reductions in fraudulent activities and increased trade volumes in regions with strong customs cooperation. However, challenges such as economic disparities, insufficient infrastructure, and varying national regulations hinder full integration. Future directions include creating reatime information exchange platforms, training customs personnel to international standards, and adopting advanced monitoring technologies. Strengthening public-private partnerships is also essential for developing tailored solutions for the private sector. The bibliography includes relevant academic works address- ing various aspects of international customs cooperation, such as studies on simplifying customs procedures, the impact of free trade agreements, and the role of customs services in trade facilitation. In the context of Human Resources, staff turnover is the act of replacing an employee with a new employee. In managerial parlance, turnover is the rate at which an employer loses employees over a given period of time, usually a year. The company’s turnover includes any resignation or dismissal of employees, thus its structure can be analyzed during a year of management. The organization must be concerned with cost efficiency, in order to be able to carry out its activity as normally as possible. Talented and potential employees are still sought by companies for interviews and offers of new opportunities. It is obvious that they will go where, first of all, they will receive a better salary offer, especially in the current conditions. Key aspects include the project's development stages, implementation plan, potential risks, estimated costs, and projected benefits.Item Reclama de șoc – o nouă provocare în contexte național și intrenațional(CEP USM, 2024) Tabarcea, AlaÎnarmați cu credința că misiunea profesorilor, pe lângă reflectarea la cursuri a conținutului literarurii de specialitate, este amplificarea la studenți a abilităților de analiză critică concomitent cu lansarea pledoariilor în favoarea dimensiunilor etice și morale ale marketingului, ne-am propus să supunem discuției unele exigențe științifice pretinse creatorilor de reclamă, regăsite în avalanșa informațională existentă, trecute prin sita celor trei piloni ale inteligenței de marketing – psihologia, sociologia și antropologia. Avem în vedere argumentarea felului în care creatorii de reclamă adoptă marea provocare pentru care reclama de șoc se poate solda cu succes sau cu eșec, ambii raliind în jurul reacțiilor receptorilor de mesaje controversate, care urmează a fi cercetate în funcție de: cultura și diversitatea umană, procesele mentale și comportamentul indivizilor în context social. Studiile noastre anterioare au reliefat consecințele care derivă din ignoranța determinată de nepotrivirile dintre percepția unui marketer despre propria prestație și realitatea clientului; în studiul de față – dezbatem posibile nepotriviri între percepția clientului și realitatea creatorilor de reclamă de șoc.
