Abstract

This article explain, in general terms, the importance of efficient management of human resources within national organizations. In the context of Human Resources, staff turnover is the act of replacing an employee with a new employee. In managerial parlance, turnover is the rate at which an employer loses employees over a given period of time, usually a year. The company’s turnover includes any resignation or dismissal of employees, thus its structure can be analyzed during a year of management. The organization must be concerned with cost efficiency, in order to be able to carry out its activity as normally as possible. Talented and potential employees are still sought by companies for interviews and offers of new opportunities. It is obvious that they will go where, first of all, they will receive a better salary offer, especially in the current conditions. That’s why it’s important to optimize company processes, helping us to build employee loyalty and their adherence to organizational values and culture.
