    Facultatea de Ştiinţe Economice la 65 de ani

    În această lucrarea este descrisă istoria Facultății de Ştiinţe Economice a USM de la înființare (1953) și până în prezent (2018). Facultatea de Ştiinţe Economice a fost și este orientată spre cercetarea proceselor și fenomenelor economice. Facultatea dispune de specialişti de calificare înaltă care au obţinut deja rezultate remarcabile şi care ştiu să-şi organizeze activitatea în colaborare cu savanţii de la alte instituții de profil din țară, precum și de peste hotarele acesteia.Actualmente, Facultatea de Științe Economice este una dintre cele mai mari Facultăți ale Universităţii de Stat din Moldova, fiind recunoscută la nivel național, ca important centru de formare profesională și științific în domeniul economiei și administrării afacerilor, precum și la nivel internațional, ca partener și furnizor de educație și cercetare de calitate. Imaginea și poziția de care se bucură Facultatea de Științe Economice în prezent au fost câștigate în timp prin efortul permanent al colectivului acesteia, care a consolidat facultatea în decursul a celor 65 de ani (cu mici întreruperi obiective) care au trecut de la fondarea acesteia din anul 1953. Această aniversare înseamnă competență, valoare profesională, management înțelept și vizionar și, în același timp, multă implicare și dragoste pentru profesie și pentru studenți.

    Transformarea controlului corporativ în managementul financiar modern al companiilor

    The given article reflects a presentation on corporate control in the modern financial management of companies. At the level of complexity of contemporary society, the management of economic-social activities (structured by fields, sectors and hierarchical levels) requires increasingly substantial efforts. Such leadership has, in addition to its attributes of foresight, organization, coordination and command, and the task of controlling all human actions throughout their duration. Taking into account the problems faced by corporate governance today, they have the chance to be solved only to the extent that the material, human, financial, informational resources will be efficiently and effectively capitalized.

    Public-private partnerships as an instrument for the development of the education system

    Providing the population of the country with quality educational services is the basis of modern society and the creation of an economy based on knowledge and technology. In order to achieve this goal, the economic and financial resources of the state are very limited, especially in conditions of economic crisis, which requires calling on the economic, financial and managerial possibilities of private business representatives in the form of public-private partnerships. The study that was the basis of this publication was carried out based on the examination of open sources of information in the field addressed, after which a summary table of the application of public-private partnerships in the education system was created. As a result of the study, the fundamental aspects of the successful implementation of public-private partnerships in the education system were presented.

    The field of sustainable consumption research has started to diversify with different approaches. It has changed from the involvement of only a few stakeholders to the cooperation of many different stakeholders in formulating policies to implement sustainable consumption patterns. Sustainable consumption trends are more pronounced today as people pay particular attention to everything from what they buy in stores to what transport they use to travel or commute to work, all of which contribute to the impact they have on the surrounding environment. Finally, consumers value a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and their purchases take this into account. By 2030, the market for sustainability-related products and services is expected to grow through the interaction and coordination of policy support, business initiatives and everyday consumer awareness.

    In this paper, the author addresses the issue of green logistics and its role in companies that can determine the most important and necessary premises in promoting the benefits of sustainable procurement which can ensure both financial and sustainable performance through the use of green practices. For these reasons, green logistics involves implementing sustainable practices that are beneficial to the environment, society and the economy.

Conducting a nationwide online survey targeting persons between the ages of 18 and 30, this research assesses their understanding and implementation of these behaviours, offering valuable insights and advice for adopting a sustainable lifestyle.

In the context of climate change and growing concerns about sustainability, the use of technology becomes a necessity in addressing economic and ecological issues. The article emphasizes that technology is not just a tool to reduce environmental impact but also a driver of innovation and economic growth. By developing and implementing sustainable technologies, new business opportunities are created, and operational performance is improved. Future perspectives highlight the continuous need for investments in research and technological development to address economic and ecological challenges. The use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and blockchain could have a significant impact on resource efficiency, monitoring, and sustainable management of economic activities.

    Current state and problems of “green economy” in the Republic of Belarus

    В статье проведен краткий анализ развития «зеленой» экономики в Республике Беларусь. Представлен обзор основных нормативных документов, регулирующих вопросы зеленой экономики. Рассмотрены приоритетные направления и принципы развития «зеленой» экономики в Республике Беларусь. Проведен анализ экономических возможностей зеленого роста, а также обозначены проблемы, препятствующие экологизации экономики. Сформулированы направления для повышения эффективности принимаемых мер в области реализации принципов «зеленой» экономики.

    Imperative in the system-wide conditions and principles of sustainable development of the Republic of Belarus

    The study of the practice of accounting and auditing as drivers of the economic imperative has been carried out. Based on the results of the study, the need to reform the accounting and auditing methods of the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the environmental component, was established. The problems of insufficient interest of business entities in the allocation of environmental information in terms of financial statements, due to lack of motivation, are identified.

    Studiu comparativ: abordarea interdisciplinară a creditelor de tip cesiune de creanţe acordate persoanelor juridice

    Relevanța creditelor în economia de piață este dovedită de efctele benefice ale acesora la creşterea econimică. Studiul, are ca obiecive aspecte care condiționează luarea deciziei de creditare în cazul persaneor juridice în fincție de tehnica de acordare a creditelor conforme cu normele de creditare interne ale băncilor(credit scoring), clasificarea crditelor prin raportare la diferite criterii ale băncilor, prezentarea comparativă a aspectelor care caracterizează creditele de tip cesiune de creanțe, respectiv factoring-ul şi exemplificativ prezentarea aspectelor privind reflectarea în contabilitate a înregistrărilor contabile aferente unui credit de tip factoring acordat companiei Academica S.A., operațiuni contabile care vizează: achiziția facturilor la valoarea nominală, finanțarea factoringului disponibil cu reținerea comisionului denumit „agio” şi a garanțiilor bancare, veniturile ocazionate de dobanda şi comisioanele reținute în avans, restituirea garanției.
