Abstract
In the ever-changing era of digitalization, employee motivation becomes essential for organizational success. With the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic and the war in the neighboring country, which have caused massive emigration, as well as technological changes, employers need to adopt flexible motivation and retention strategies tailored to different age generations. The study at Steinel Electronic SRL explores the adaptation of Maslow's theory to the generational diversity of employees in the Republic of Moldova, proposing a personalized motivation model. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the research aims to improve organizational practices to effectively meet the diverse needs of employees.
