Item Hibernating arthropods’ complex in the plum tree orchard under the influence of green manures and nectariferous plants [Articol](Editura USM, 2025) Iordosopol, Elena; Batco, Mihail; Eliseev Serghei; Fron, Arcadie; Filimon, Valeriu; Iordosopol, Valentina; Fron, Argentina; Muntean, ElenaThe work represents the highlighting of the arthropod complex, which populates and hibernates in the cardboard trap belts of the plum orchard influenced by green manures and nectariferous crops. This complex is composed of phytophagous, saprophagous, predators and parasites. In the trapping belts, polyphagous species of five families of spiders dominated, which constituted an average of 33.5% of the total individuals highlighted, and coccinellids (seven species) - an average of 6.5%. The parasitoid Scambus inanis achieved a degree of parasitism of moth larvae in average 29.4%. The highest percentage was recorded in the standard and experimental variants (46.0% and 35.3%) respectively.Item Оценка активности пероксидазы в листьях деревьев сливы и яблони в период вегетации, в зависимости от генотипа и условий выращивания [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Светличенко, Валентина; Попович, АннаБыла изучена активность антиоксидантного фермента пероксидазы в листьях деревьев поздних сортов сливы и зимних сортов яблони при росте в условиях контролируемого полива и моделируемой засухи. Пероксидазная система служит уникальным индикатором стрессового состояния растений и дает достаточную информацию об их физиологическом состоянии и может быть критерием их устойчивости к абиотическим факторам окружающей среды. Проведенные опыты показали, что в листьях плодовых деревьев, выращенных в условиях водного дефицита, наблюдался более высокий рост активности изучаемого фермента по сравнению с контролем. Определено, что в период вегетации наибольший уровень ферментативной активности пероксидазы, как в контрольном, так и в опытном варианте наблюдался в листьях исследуемых сортов яблони и соответственно наименьший уровень ее активности выявлен в листьях сливы. Исследования, проведенные на сливе и яблоне, показали, что активность фермента пероксидазы в листьях, зависела от различных факторов: условий среды, интенсивности обменных процессов происходящих в определенные фенофазы роста и развития деревьев, а также от биологических особенностей сортов.Item Formarea și funcționarea aparatului fotosintetic la pomii de prun pe parcursul perioadei de vegetație [Articol](CEP USM, 2025) Gîscă, AlinaCercetarea în domeniu, este axată în principal pe studii fiziologice ale pomilor fructiferi. Scopul principal este de a scoate în evidență cei mai informativi indicatori funcționali ai unor soiuri în dependență de factori ai mediului ambiental. Seceta, prin insuficiența de apă în sol și atmosferă, temperatură și radiație solară înalte, este cel mai alarmant factor ce limitează productivitatea și stabilitatea recoltei pentru majoritatea culturilor, inclusiv pomicole. Studiul elementelor asociate procesului de fotosinteză la prun în condiții de insuficiență de umiditate a scos în evidență modificări ale suprafeței frunzelor per pom în dependență de soi și gradul de asigurare cu apă; subordonarea conținutului pigmenților fotosintetici particularităților biologice ale soiului, precum și condițiilor de creștere.Item The study of CIS-jasmone additives for parasitoid hymenoptera attraction(CEP USM, 2024) Eliseev, Serghei; Fron, ArcadieThe evaluation of common activity of phenylethanol and methyl salicylate with cis-Jasmone additives was tested and discussed. Phenylethanol paired with cis-Jasmone proved to attract Trichogrammatidae specimens.Item Specia nouă de encyrtid parazit al păduchelui pufos (Pseudococcus sp.) la prun în Republica Moldova(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Iordosopol, ElenaThe paper presents the results of the study of the regulatory complex of the mealybugs species of the genus Pseudococcus, which overwinters in the trap belts of the plum crop. It was established that in the adult stage it is parasitized by 5 species of parasites, among them 3 encyrtids, 1 megaspilid and 1 sygniphorid. The highest number of females parasitized by Stemmatosteres bochemicus was recorded in the belts influenced by the apple culture adjacent to the plum. ȘI EFICENȚA LUI ÎN REGLAREA DĂUNĂTORILOR LA PRUN(CEP USM, 2023) Idosopol, Elena; Batcu, Mihai; Maevschi, ValentinaThe paper reveals the effectiveness of the invasive nectarifer Lobullaria maritima in attracting, accumulating, maintaining the complex of fauna useful to plum in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. The reserve of the useful complex in the trap belts was varied for 3 years and consisted of 23 taxon representatives, from 12 families, 6 orders, with the dominance among phytophages of cruciferous fleas, parasites of species of the Pteromalidae family and individual predators of spiders and bugs Orius spp In the trap belts during the diapause period, the following dominated: phytophagous - the hawthorn mite (Tetranychus viennenzis), the invasive bed bug Chorynthuca arcuata, predators - spiders from 3 families (Lyniphiidae, Salticidae and Thomizidae) and parasites only the Scelionidae family.
