Trends in combating vine phytopathogens with the application of epiphytic microorganisms [Articol]
(Editura USM, 2025) Voloşciuc, Leonid; Șcerbacova, Tatiana; Stîngaci, Aurelia; Pînzaru, Boris; Samoilova, Anna; Harciuc, Oleg; Zavtoni, Pantelimon; Lungu, Andrei; Chistol, Marcela; Curiev, Loredana
The management of phytopathogens plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of agriculture, especially in viticulture. A particularly serious impact is recorded in the development of pathogens of the vine, especially of powdery mildew (Uncinula necator (Schwein) Burrill). In addition to measures promoted by modern agricultural biotechnologies the particular interest are the epiphytic microorganisms, which populate the leaf surface of plants, constituting complex heterogeneous habitats from various extended communities and numerous transients from various systematic entities. Through effective management and control of plant diseases, crop losses can be reduced and the quality and quantity of agricultural products can be improved. The article includes the analysis of the role of different biotic and abiotic factors, which change the relationships within these communities, as well as the adaptation processes of some entities of epiphytic and phytopathogenic microorganisms on the leaf surface of the vine.

Eficacitatea sulfului SC în combaterea făinării la vița de vie în agricultura ecologică
(CEP USM, 2024) Popa, Alexei; Todiraș, Vladimir; Tretiacova, Tatiana; Gușan, Ana
The purpose of the research was to determine the biological effectiveness of the product based on liquid sulfur as a fungicide in the prevention and control of powdery mildew (Uncinula necator) in grapevines. The product based on liquid sulphur, which meets the requirements for organic farming, with doses between 3.0-4.0 l/ha, in the climatic conditions of 2024, has been shown to be 92% effective at the level of the chemical standard Kumulus DF in the prevention and control of powdery mildew (U. necator) in grapevines. The data obtained are preventive and research will continue.

SĂNĂTATEA PLANTELOR – PLATFORMĂ DE FORTIFICARE A ACIVITĂȚILOR ÎN DOMENIUL FITOSANIAR
    (CEP USM, 2023) Voloșciuc, Leonid
Starting from increasing the impact of phytosanitary agents and deepening the ecological problems caused by their combat, it becomes rational to change the paradigm of the protection of plants with their health. As effective measures in promoting plant health, it is proposed to apply the link between soil, plant and human health, the role and place of GMOs in solving phytosanitary problems, the perspectives of genome editing, the expansion of the implementation of regenerative agriculture. In order to overcome this problem, the paper contains information on the possibilities of application of synergic phenomena in plant protection, the interaction between which provides a significant increase in performance indicators and stability of the system state.

MANIFESTAREA FENOMENELOR SINERGICE ÎN FORTIFICAREA CONCEPTULUI DE SĂNĂTATE A PLANTELOR
    (CEP USM, 2023-02-13) Voloşciuc, Leonid
Despite the risks associated with using synthetic pesticides to combat pests, they widely using in all countries. In order to overcome this problem, the paper contains information on the possibilities of application of synergic phenomena in plant protection, the interaction between which provides a significant increase in performance indicators and stability of the system state. All this fits perfectly into the concept of plant health.
