Identificarea moleculară a speciilor de fusarium în seminţe de susan (Sesamum indicum L.)
(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Belousova, Galina; Mogîlda, Anatolii
The research focused on the identification of pathogenic fungi of the genus Fusarium in sesame seeds. To evaluate the spectrum of pathogens in seeds, molecular analysis based on nested-PCR was performed. Twelve samples of DNA extracted from sesame seeds obtained under field conditions were analyzed. The analysis revealed the presence of Fusarium spp. in 11 DNA samples tested. Discrimination analysis of 4 pathogen species was performed: F. culmorum, F. equiseti, F. nivali, F. avenaceum. The species F. culmorum and F. équiseti were identified in six samples. The pathogenic fungi F. nivali and F. avenaceum were not identified in the analyzed samples.

VARIABILITATEA MOSTRELOR DE SESAMUM INDICUM L. DIN GENERAȚIA M4 ÎN REACȚIA LA TEMPERATURA SUBOPTIMALĂ ȘI VALOAREA LOR AGRONOMICĂ
    (CEP USM, 2023) Mogîlda, Anatolii
The paper presents data on the influence of suboptimal temperature (15°C) on Zaltsadovski, Cadet and Adaptovanâi 2 sesame samples with doses of 200 Gy – 500 Gy in M4 through their artificial modeling in laboratory conditions. Based on the comparative analysis (%) the samples with higher germination indices, root length and stem expressed by plot lines were highlighted. Of these, the Cadet sample with the dose of 300 Gy records the highest values after the plant height of 125.7 cm; number of capsules per plant 64.5; mass of 1000 seeds 3.19 g and productivity per plant 12.7 g compared to the control in association with important agronomic characters and resistance to the first stages of ontogenesis in breeding programs.
