Abstract
Scopul lucrării: cercetarea complexă a statutului juridic al personalității și elucidarea particularităţilor mecanismului statal de garantare și promovare a acestuia în Republica Moldova, în vederea identificării de soluţii importante pentru consolidarea rolului statului în acest domeniu.
Цель работы: комплексное исследование правового статуса личности и выяснение механизма его обеспечения в Молдове, с целью идентификации важных решений для укрепления роли государства в этой области.
The purpose of the paper: complex research of the legal status of personality and elucidating the mechanisms of guarantee and its promotion in Moldova, to identify the important solutions to strengthen the state's role in this area.
