Abstract

It was determined the antioxidant activity of pure substances resveratrol and of the complexes obtained by DNA functionalizing and dextran with resveratrol. It was established that after functionalizing of DNA with resveratrol total antioxidant activity decreases, and after functionalization of dextran with resveratrol obtained polymer have AAT higher than the initial substances.
