dc.description.abstractLucian Blaga was the writer, he sensitized silence. The spoken word changes its connotations assigned to optical silence. In his creation silence is cry, mystery, transcendence, memory, nature, universe. Diopter of silence are diversified in the poems Odysseus, Crying in the wilderness, Oedipus before the Sphinx, Stalactites. The connotations of silence was ilucidat artistic directi- on of Victor Teleucă in volume Snowing at the edge of existence. Silence in the creation of Lucian Blaga clots sphinx image, with evergre- en oak, with night, with the moonlight, with graves. Silence in the poems of Victor Teleucă dominates in the snow, white, Sphinx and Styx. Fingerprints’ concepts of L.Blaga and V. Teleucă was mentioned by critics Mihai Cimpoi and Theodor Codreanu.en
