| dc.description.abstract | The information society by some authors is a natural consequence of human evolution and is a reality in which we live now. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of using electronic tools in civil enforcement procedures. Electronic services represent a more efficient, safer and cheaper alternative that allows state structures to be closer to citizens.
