Abstract

The information society by some authors is a natural consequence of human evolution and is a reality in which we live now. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of using electronic tools in civil enforcement procedures. Electronic services represent a more efficient, safer and cheaper alternative that allows state structures to be closer to citizens. Within this interactive process new possibilities appear, but also new responsibilities, which we will describe and analyze in this article.
