Abstract
The Bologna Process and its implementation in the framework of higher education has long been an issue of controversy and debate among countries which have adopted it unconditionally and undisputedly, like the Republic of Moldova has. Thus, a study of the current situation on the higher education market in our country from this perspective is of outmost importance. This article offers statistical data and comments on the level of implementation by policy makers and acceptance by students of the most important Bologna principles, thus offering an objective and trustworthy panorama of the de facto situation from this viewpoint.
