PROVOCĂRI TERMINOLOGICE ÎN DOMENIUL GASTRONOMIEI: PERSPECTIVA GHIDULUI-INTERPRET

Abstract

Articolul propune o abordare a terminologiei cu tematică gastronomică din perspectiva problemelor cu care se confruntă ghidul-interpret în ghidajul turistic cu specific gastronomic. Terminologia gastronomică, deosebit de bogată lingvistic, dar și intercultural, este purtătoare de semnificații istorico-culturale, iată de ce ghidul-interpret are în față dificila misiune de a o exploata corect pentru a se bucura de întreg potențialul comunicativ al termenilor vizați. Activitatea de traducere/interpretare, în acest caz, este limitată de anumite constrângeri, care odată identificate și analizate asigură reușita comunicării.The article proposes an approach to gastronomic terminology from the perspective of the problems faced by the guide-interpreter in the gastronomic tourist guiding. Gastronomic terminology, particularly rich both at linguistic and intercultural level, carries historical-cultural meanings, that is why the guide-interpreter has the difficult task of using it correctly to enjoy the full communicative potential of the terms in question. The translation/interpretation activity, in this case, is limited by certain constraints, that once identified and analyzed ensure the success of communication.
