Abstract
Acest articol tratează particularitățile pragmatico-semantice, stilistice, lexicale și
de traducere ale textelor agroalimentare. Studiul textelor agroalimentare și terminologia
agroalimentară prezintă implicit un interes atât la nivel intralingvistic, cât și
interlingvistic. Scopul acestui articol este de a atrage atenția publicului care utilizează
materialul lingvistic în diverse situații asupra ambiguităților care pot apărea în
înțelegerea și traducerea textelor agroalimentare, dificultăți legate adesea de migrațiile
conceptuale. Limbajul agroalimentar se caracterizează printr-o varietate de teme și
printr-un vocabular specific. Este un domeniu activ și dinamic care se îmbogățește din
punct de vedere lingvistic aproape zilnic. Limbajul agroalimentar fiind asaltat de
neologisme și împrumuturi care s-au infiltrat cândva în limbă au reușit în cele din urmă
să se impună ca fenomene lingvistice și ca mijloc de îmbogățire a vocabularului. Se
afirmă că decodificarea termenilor agroalimentari este o necesitate a comunicării
agroalimentare atât la nivel intralingvistic, cât și interlingvistic și o sursă de creativitate
lexicală. Principalele probleme prezentate în articol sunt: problema sensului lexical și
efectul sensului, probleme de cercetare interlingvistică - dificultățile și tehnicile de
traducere a textelor agroalimentare.
This article deals with the pragmatic-semantic, stylistic, lexical and translation peculiarities of the agro-food texts. The study of the agro-food texts and the agro-food terminology implicitly presents an interest both at intralingual and interlingual level. The aim of this article is to attract the public’s attention that uses the lingual material in various situations to the ambiguities that may arise in comprehending and translating the agro-food texts, difficulties often linked to the conceptual migrations. The agro-food language is characterized by a variety of themes and by a specific vocabulary. It is an active and dynamic field that enriches from the linguistic point of view almost daily. The agro-food language being assaulted by neologisms and loan words that once infiltrated in the language finally managed to impose themselves as linguistic phenomena and as a means of enriching the vocabulary. It is stated that decoding terms of agro-food is a necessity of the agro-food communication both at intralingual and interlingual level and a source of lexical creativity. The main issues presented in the article are: the problem of the lexical meaning and the effect of the meaning, inter-linguistic research problems - the difficulties and techniques of translating the agro-food texts.
