Abstract

Obiectivele cercetării: analiza abordărilor şi specificului formării continuă din perspectiva educaţiei adulţilor; conceptualizarea formării profesionale continuă din perspectiva paradigmatică; elaborarea metodologiei de formare continuă a cadrelor didactice axate pe interconexiunea nevoilor personale şi instituţionale; diagnosticarea capacităţii cadrelor didactice de a identifica nevoile personale şi instituţionale; validarea experimentală a metodologiei de formare a cadrelor didactice abordată paradigmatic şi axată pe nevoile personale şi instituţionale.The objects of the research: the analysis of the approaches and the peculiarities of the continuing education from the perspective of adult education; the conceptualization of the continuing professional education from the perspective of the paradigm; the elaboration of the methodology of the teacher’s continuing education based on the interface between the personal needs and the institutional ones; the experimental validation of the methodology of teacher’s training from the paradigm approach and bases on the personal and institutional needs.Задачи исследования: анализ специфики и различных подходов к непрерывному образованию взрослых; разработка концептуальных положений оповышении квалификации учителей в рамках парадигматического подхода; разработка методологии повышения квалификации учителей; диагностика умений учителей определять свои потребности по повышению квалификации; экспериментальная проверка разработанной методологии.
