Abstract

Ensuring the security of personal data in their processing within the personal data information systems aims at establishing the necessary regulations for the observance of the security of confidentiality and the integrity of the personal data of the personal data subjects processed within the information systems. The security of personal data protection and protection is a matter of major and current concern, due to the connection of this subject to the protection of the freedoms and democratic principles on which European legal norms are based.
