Abstract

While verbal and written communication skills are important, research has shown that nonverbal behavior makes up a large percentage of our daily interpersonal communication. Body language never lies, so it is important to learn and recognize it. This will help better to understand each other, better to value our opponent and better to cope with different situations in everyday life.
