Abstract
The development of the information society involves the increase of the abuse
of rights in the digital space. It is necessary to clearly distinguish rational censorship
from the informational persecution of free opinions, at the behest of digital tycoons,
who own and de facto manipulate this sector, wearing the mantle of judges of the
rights of its consumers.
