Abstract

Social-economic rights are an indicator of the possibilities of the person, but also of the state, to produce and distribute goods necessary for human existence. These rights result from the social nature of man, and from the solidarity of the membres of society. Claiming these constitutional rights is a process, which includes both the actual request, and the action of the state authorities on these request. In addition to citizens, the state authorities are involved in the respective process, including the courts, Constitutional Court. Constitutional Court applies various methods and techniques in the activity of interpreting the Constitution and resolving the exceptions of unconstitutionality, which become more and more numerous after the Court alloved the court to adress him directly. The interpretations of the constitutionality control court have an esential role in disseminating the constitutional values in all branches of law for the protection of human rihts.
