Abstract
Sunt prezentate cercetările de polarizare, efectuate în condiţii de reînnoire mecanică a suprafeţei Pt-ei şi microelectrodului de grafit pe calea tăierii stratului de lipire a lor, nemijlocit în soluţiile cercetate. Cercetările de polarizare într-un interval larg de potenţiale au permis stabilirea diapazonului de potenţial la care au loc reacţiile electrodice Fe(III) eFe(II), Fe(II) 2e Fe0 и 2Н+ + 2е →Н2. S-a demonstrat că prima dintre aceste reacţii, care asigură regenerarea electroliţilor de depunere a fierului, are loc în intervalul valorilor medii de potenţial, egal ~ 1 V сu randamentul de curent de aproape 100%. Aceasta face posibilă preîntâmpinarea deversărilor electroliţilor uzaţi de depunere a fierului pe calea regenerării lor electrochimice şi stabilizării regimului lor de lucru pentru obţinerea depunerilor de fier calitative.
The results are presented of polarization studies conducted in the conditions of mechanical renovation of Pt andgraphite microelectrodes’ surface by cutting the thin layer directly in the studied solutions. The research carried out in the broad potentials area made it possible to establish the potentials corresponding to the running of electrode reactionsFe(III) e Fe(II), Fe(II) 2e Fe0 and 2Н+ + 2е →Н2. It was shown that the fi rst of these reactions which ensures the iron-coating electrolytes regeneration, proceeds within the potentialrange of about ~ 1 V, with the current yield close to 100 %. This enables to prevent the discharges of used iron electrolytes, providing instead the electrochemical regeneration of their composition and stable operation conditions, in order to obtain the good quality iron coatings.
