Abstract

În literatura franceză din a doua jumătate a secolului al XIX-lea atestăm o pleiadă de tipuri umane inedite, care ne oferă o vastă paletă a valorilor și antivalorilor morale, iar uneori chiar și a ambelor sub masca aceluiași personaj. În societatea contemporană, arivismul ia diverse forme, unele diferite de cele din secolul al XIX-lea. Întâlnim ariviști în orice sferă socială sau structură ierarhizată, oricare ar fi ideologia socioeconomică aplicată.
