Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the hotel business establishment as an object of innovative attractiveness. Analyzed the professional economic literature in order to identify the essence of the definitions of a hotel and restaurant establishment, investment, investment process, investment attractiveness, investment potential, and the like. The factors that determine the need for an investment component in the development of the hotel and restaurant business have been determined. It has been determined that investment activity in a hotel and restaurant establishment is extremely important, since it allows the hotel to function effectively, respond to the impact of external and internal environmental factors and expand its activities.
