This study developed an analytical model for a program for developing a holistic student personality through sports and games as an integral part of physical education. This model possesses a unique and universal potential for a comprehensive impact on all manifestations of a person's essential strengths. This allows us to appreciate the extraordinary complexity of a teacher's professional work in the field of physical education, which requires a conceptual and fundamental restructuring of the process and content of their training.
