Abstract
The article proposes a conceptual approach to performance management, based on the premise that well-structured and effectively implemented strategies in this area significantly contribute to creating a healthy and productive work environment that fosters performance. This research relies on a theoretical and analytical approach to exploring performance management as a significant factor in ensuring employee well-being. The analytical foundation consists of relevant bibliographic sources, including scientific articles, case studies, reports, and fundamental works from the fields of human resource management, organizational psychology, and workplace well-being. The research findings highlight the importance of adopting an integrated and personalized approach to performance management that addresses both organizational objectives and the individual needs of employees. All these aspects emphasize the necessity of a paradigm shift, where human resource well-being becomes a central element of organizational strategy.
