Abstract

The article proposes a conceptual approach to performance management, based on the premise that well-structured and effectively implemented strategies in this area significantly contribute to creating a healthy and productive work environment that fosters performance. This research relies on a theoretical and analytical approach to exploring performance management as a significant factor in ensuring employee well-being. The analytical foundation consists of relevant bibliographic sources, including scientific articles, case studies, reports, and fundamental works from the fields of human resource management, organizational psychology, and workplace well-being. The research findings highlight the importance of adopting an integrated and personalized approach to performance management that addresses both organizational objectives and the individual needs of employees.
