Abstract

To understand the current regulation of administrative litigation, it is necessary to research the historical evolution of the institution of administrative litigation. The regulation of administrative litigation in Romania has been influenced by the evolution of the rule of law, but also by international factors.The research methods used are the historical, logical, systemic and technical-legal method.
