Insurance institution of civil action consists of a series of procedural means to safeguard the effective enforceability of a judgement if the plaintiff`s claims meet. The actuality of this specific institution indicates furthermore the problem which exists in the conscience of the society and in the conscience of the individual, the problem of distrust, especially when being a procedural part of the litgation. The purpose of that is to bring clarity to the problems frequently encountered in practical application of the institution to ensure the civil action. Furthemore, to demonstrate the effectiveness and importance of that institution.
