REPREZENTAREA LINGVISTICĂ A DIMENSIUNILOR CULTURALE

Abstract

Cultura reprezintă programarea colectivă a spiritului prin care membrii unui grup se disting unii de alții. Gândirea românească a atribuit limbii un rol deosebit în configurația identității naționale. Limba este element esențial într-un sistem cultural, principalul instrument de cunoaștere și dezvoltare a lumii exterioare, pătrunzând în toate sferele societății. Vocabularul unei limbi reflectă cultura vorbitorilor săi. Educația prin cultură îl învață pe vorbitor să recu- noască și să înțeleagă problemele deja formulate, care sunt ale altora. Este bine ca educația să le asigure tinerilor mai întâi o intrare în cultura proprie, în spaţiul comunităţii lor de cultură și abia apoi să se integreze în comunităţile de tip macro. Pentru poporul român, limba reprezintă leagănul etnogenezei și al continuității, conștientizarea originilor sale.Culture is the collective programming of the mind by which the members of a group are distinguished from one another. Romanian thinking assigned a special role to language in the configuration of national identity. Language is an essential element in a cultural system, the main tool for knowledge and development of the outside world, pene- trating into all spheres of society. The vocabulary of a language reflects the culture of its speakers. Education through culture teaches the speaker to recognize and understand already formulated problems that are others’. It is good for education to first ensure young people an entry into their own culture, into the space of their cultural community, and only then to integrate into macro-type communities. For the Romanian people, the language represents the cradle of ethnogenesis and continuity, the awareness of its origins.
