Abstract

A fundamental principle of law is that of Responsibility, responsibility presented under different forms of moral, religious, political, cultural and juridical forms. The juridical responsibility, indifferent of the form of manifestation, represents the obligation to support the consequences of not observing some rules of conduct, obligation that devolves upon the author of the deed contrary to these rules and which always bear the print of social disapproval of such an action.
