Abstract
The article realized a research of one of the forms of juridical liability that is frequently spread in the labor legislation – the disciplinary liability. There were outlined the essential elements of the disciplinary liability making an analysis of its specific features. There was also presented the delimitation between the general and special disciplinary sanctions. There was put into discussion as well the procedure of application and execution of the disciplinary sanctions.
