Abstract
In the article edited for publication the structure of the contractual relations and the particularities of the contact of tourist service execution are analyzed. The main analyzed subject is the comparative study of Republic of Moldova, Romania and the Russian Federation legislations concerning the approaches of the contractual connections it this contract. There are analyzed some positive and negative aspects of this contractual structure.
