IMPACTUL GLOBALIZĂRII ASUPRA ACTIVITĂȚII MASS-MEDIEI

Abstract

The article reveals the meaning of „globalization”, as well as the importance of this process for the media activity, for the peculiarities of the national media coverage for events occurring abroad or relating to international relations. The paper highlights the main advantages and disadvantages of the impact of globalization on the media system. Particular attention is given to the authors as the impact of globalization on the Moldovan media, and lighting features of this theme in them. At the same time it analyzed the difficul assertion of the media system in the market economy and in the globalization circumstances.
