ROLUL MIJLOACELOR MATERIALE DE PROBĂ IN PROCESUL PENAL

Abstract

Domeniul de studiu şi obiectivele tezei. Această lucrare este axată pe una dintre cele mai importante probleme teoretico-practice privind implicarea mijloacelor materiale de probă în probatoriul penal. Scopul tezei este studierea complexă a mijloacelor materiale de probă şi reevaluarea capacităţilor de ordin normativ şi doctrinar, în vederea asigurării eficiente al administrării acestui mijloc de probă în procesul penal.Область исследования и основные задачи диссертации: Данная научная работа посвящена наиболее важным теоретическим и практическим проблемам использования материальных средств доказывания в уголовном процессе.Field of study and thesis objectives. This paper focuses on one of the most important theoretical and practical problems concerning the involvement of the evidence produced in evidence in criminal proceedings.The aim of the thesis is to study complex material means and re-sample normative capabilities and doctrine in order to ensure efficient-administration of this evidence in criminal proceedings.
