Abstract

At the moment, there is a higher flow of trade relations and their expansion over a larger area, trying to cover as developed markets as possible, that the territory of a single state becomes too small. Crossing the borders of a country has the effect of attributing the international character of these relations. The participation of the companies in this type of relations raises problems regarding the legal-organizational form under which they can appear in the commercial relations, the determination of the nationality of the companies, the international recognition of the legal personality of these companies, the law applicable to the companies, etc.
