UNELE ASPECTE PRIVIND REGLEMENTAREA ACTIVITĂȚILOR NECALIFICATE CU CARACTER OCAZIONAL, DESFĂȘURATE DE ZILIERI (Legea nr. 22 din 23.02.2018)

Abstract

Although the purpose of the Laborer Law no.22 / 2018 is to establish the activity of labor and implicitly to reduce the informal employment, however, at the current stage taking into account the existing social, cultural and economic factors, the elaboration of this law in the Republic of Moldova is premature and contains many ambiguities. The Laborer Law no.22 / 2018 affects certain groups, including vulnerable ones, such as: the persons employed with an individual employment contract for seaso- nal works or for a fix-term work; persons with several or some disabilities, old persons or under 18 years, persons with family tasks, etc. The faulty regulation in the tax mechanism, the management of the records offices and the state control over the recipient activity and the laborers could bring essential damages of the state budget.
