Abstract

In the present article, the author describes the historic of the appearance of the red and green corridors in the practice of customs activity, through which passengers cross money, values, goods over the customs border, by declaring them to the customs body. The author also highlights the specific of the green and red corridor, through which passengers cross the customs border when entering or leaving the country. This article also related about the legal mechanism of declaring values and goods, applied by passengers when crossing the customs border through the red and green corridor.
