Abstract
Nowadays, no one doubts that the development of the technology has led to a
revolution in the classic way of selling and buying. The electronic contract is characterized by the
depersonalization, the dematerialization and the delocalization of the exchanges accomplished
by the way of internet. In order to protect consumers the Civil code provides special provisions
for jurisdiction over some of the cases.
