NOI PREMIXURI FURAJERE ÎN BAZA BIOMASEI DE SPIRULINĂ CU SELEN
(CEP USM, 2014) Rudic, Valeriu; Djur, Svetlana; Cepoi, Liliana; Chiriac, Tatiana; Rudi, Ludmila; Codreanu, Svetlana; Ghelbet, Viorica
There have been proposed the recipesfor preparing two feed premixes with organic selenium according to the sourceofinorganicseleniumused: “Spirulina with organic selenium 1 and 2” and “protein feed premix with organic selenium 1 and2”. The proposedpremixescomprise amulticomponent synergisticcombination in case of the first technological recipe and Spirulina extract containing freea mino acids, oligopeptides and selenium-containing proteinsin case of the second recipe exhibiting significant anti- oxidantactivity andimmunomodulatory effect.

PROCEDURES OF OBTANING OF EXOPOLYSACCHARIDES PRODUCED BY CYANOBACTERIA SPIRULINA (ARTHROSPIRA) PLATENSIS AND NOSTOC LINCKIA
(Universitatea din Oradea, 2018) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Trofim, Alina; Pisova, Maria
The dynamics of accumulation of total and acidic (sulfated) exopolysaccharides (EPS) produced by cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and Nostoc linckia under the action of some chemical regulators at the two steps cultivation with the increasing of light at the second step were established. Procedures of EPS isolation from cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis and Nostoc linckia and the scheme of EPS production, obtaining and quantification have been developed. The synthesis of sulfated exopolysaccharides (till 91 mg/l) at the cultivation of spirulina in two stages was positively influenced by the variation of the light regime and the addition of carbon source with or without addition of Na2SeO3. Supplementing of the nutrient medium with sodium selenite (2 mg/l) and varying of light to 2500 lx in the 7th day of cultivation of cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia led to a maximum increasing in the amount of total and acidic exopolysaccharides (477 and 422 mg/g, respectively).

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CHROMIUM FOOD BIOADDITIVE
(Universitatea din Oradea, 2018) Bulimaga, Valentina; Zosim, Liliana; Elenciuc, Daniela; Crivoi, Aurelia; Bacalov, Iurie
A study of the [Cr(Gly)3]Cl effect on the biochemical composition of the cyanobacterium Spirulina (Arthrospira) platensis has been carried out at cultivation depending on the lighting regime and the timing of addition of this compound. Its positive effect on protein content (including peptides) was established within the concentration limits of up to 30 mg /l. Chromium accumulation was more efficient in light/dark photoperiod (14/10 hours) in case of supplementation on the 1st and 3rd days in the portions. The technological scheme for obtaining chromium bioadditive was proposed. This procedure is based on using a Cr(III) glicinate as source of Cr(III) for obtaining of spirulina biomass enriched with chromium (0,75%) and valuable bioactive substances.

CARACTERISTICA GENERALĂ ŞI BENEFICIILE SPIRULINEI PLATENSIS ÎN BIOLOGIE ŞI MEDICINĂ
    (CEP USM, 2011) Casco, Doina
Spirulina is a photosynthetic, filamentous, spiral-shaped, multi-cellular and green-blue micro-alga.The most important species is Spirulina platensis. Its chemical composition includes proteins (55%-70%), carbohydrates (15%-25%), essential fatty acids (18%) vitamins, minerals and pigments like carotenes, chlorophyll a and phycocyanin. Spirulina is considered asan excellent food, lacking toxicity and having corrective properties against viral attacks, anemia, tumor growth and malnutrition

INFLUENŢA SPIRULINEI PLATENSIS CRESCUTE PE APE REZIDUALE ASUPRA INDICILOR HEMATOLOGICI ÎN DIABETUL EXPERIMENTAL
(CEP USM, 2010) Dobrojan, Sergiu; Bacalov, Iurie
In present article are described investigation done on theme mentioned above. The alga administration as supplementare contribute to decreasing of glucose, increasing of erythrocytes, and maintaining of the same level of blood sedimenttation speed in comparison with control. In the case of administration in the present of diabetes were observed the decreasing of glucose level in blood, decreasing of blood sedimentation speed level and increasing of erythrocytes level and also of haemoglobin. In such way we can affirm that Spirulina biomass grown on waste waters from live-stock are influenced positively in both cases: in case of administration as supplement and also in case of diabetes.

    (CEP USM, 2010) Dobrojan, Sergiu
The given article presents information about the use of Spirulina platensis biomass (NORDST.) GEITL reared poultrycomplexes from waste waters as nutritional supplement in broilers Spirulina administration increases the waste water asa supplement in chicken broiler nutrition, contributes to increase sustainability, increases body weight by 10/15% of control, determines growth of internal organ weights 27-40%, favorites the state of the haematological indices of the blood.

INFLUENŢA VALORII pH ASUPRA PRODUCTIVITĂŢII ŞI COMPONENŢEI BIOCHIMICE A MICROALGEI DUNALIELLA SALINA LA CULTIVARE PE LICHIDUL CULTURAL AL SPIRULINEI
    (CEP USM, 2007) Bivol, Cezara
Green microalgae Dunaliella salina is largely used in modern biotechnology due to its high content of some bioactive substances, in special glycerol and β-carotene. One of the key factors in the cultivation process of dunaliella is the pH level. Productivity and biochemical composition of Dunaliella salina cultivated on new nutritive medium – cultural liquid obtained at producing blue-green algae Spirulina platensis – have been studied. The value of pH – 8.5 during the cultivation has shown better results for these parameters, than the cultivation on spirulina cultural liquid with pH 10.
