    Valențe formativ-educative ale procesului de învățământ aplicat în cadrul grupelor de studenți străini [Articol]

    During their studies, foreign students acquire a basic knowledge base from all fields of science, but as has been shown, scientific information accumulates at a rapid pace, its volume increases and the individual's capacity for perception, thinking and memory is, in practice, limited. A solution that is increasingly being imposed is that of implementing formative education, which means judicious selection of content, development of intellectual and creative capacities, cultivation of cognitive and professional interests, training of scientific investigation skills taking into account certain requirements. Working in groups, members cooperate in order to find the best and sustainable solution for the proposed problem and the student is much more advantageous with the practical use of the learned notions.

    COMPETENȚA DE COMUNICARE ÎN LIMBA ROMÂNĂ LA STUDENȚII ALOLINGVI CU PROFIL ECONOMIC

    În procesul de predare-învățare-evaluare a unei limbi, formarea competenței de comunicare a fost și rămâne un obiectiv prioritar, mai bine zis, esențial, ce trebuie realizat eficient și adecvat, în corespundere cu principiile teoretico-aplicative, stabilite de notorietăți în domeniul științelor educației. Pornind de la unele reflecții raportate la conceptul de competență, în general, și la cel de comunicare, în special, în acest articol vorbim de unele strategii palpabile, ce contribuie la formarea abilitățlor de comunicare orală și scrisă la studenții alolingvi, relevăm în ce constă aspectul funcțional-comunicativ al însușirii conștiente și aprofundate a gramaticii limbii române de către studenții alolingvi, subliniem rolul fundamental, ce-l are buna cunoaștere a vocabularului uzual și a celui terminologic, pentru a poseda competența de comunicare în limba română.

    FORMAREA COMPETENȚEI DE EXPRIMARE ORALĂ ÎN LIMBA FRANCEZĂ DE SPECIALITATE LA STUDENȚI PRIN INTERMEDIUL PROIECTULUI

    Project-based learning is often presented as what should be the didactics of teaching nowadays. In a diachronic perspective of the teaching of French Specific Purpose (FSP), it is a methodology which proposes to go beyond the principles proposed in the language/action perspective, with a perspective based on the context and the real motivations of the student. This article proposes some reflections based on the project VETOclub debate club, Moldova State University, which allows students in political sciences to be able to define in a democratic and collaborative way its own semester projects, how it was organized and the final result produced. Active participation and motivation are the two main factors underlying the students group dynamics and the final result in terms of behavioral (interpersonal skills) and linguistic (knowledge and know-how) learning.

    VALORIFICAREA DIMENSIUNII SOCIALE A COMPETENȚEI A ÎNVĂȚA SĂ ÎNVEȚI

    The complexity and interconnectedness of the challenges faced by individuals and the unpredictability of the resulting opportunities and threats imply the need for citizens to become lifelong learners, to organise their learning, including effective time and information management, both individually and in groups. In the context of today’s changing skills requirements, where more and more jobs are subject to automation, entrepreneurial, social and civic competences are becoming increasingly relevant to ensure resilience and adaptability to change. Investing in skills and competences and a common and up-to-date understanding of key competences is a first step to promote non-formal education, training and learning across Europe.

    TRADUTTORI, TRADITORI? INTERPRETING IN TIMES OF INTERNATIONAL ARMED CONFLICTS

    This paper discusses the interpreting in areas affected by conflicts or wars. The goal of the article is to shed light on the role of interpreters as language/culture brokers and go-betweens in very specific circumstances. To achieve the purpose of this study, a literature review was conducted, which allowed us to explore the available research in the field and identify potential areas for future analysis. In our paper, the emphasis was put on some of the major and most violent conflicts since WWII. We found that specialised literature mainly focuses on locally recruited or ad-hoc interpreters who often lack training or interpreting skills and in the post-conflict period are left behind and under threat. Moreover, while performing their duties, they might be perceived by both parties to the conflict as possible traitors. Although in the majority of cases, these interpreters remain invisible, they undoubtedly represent an important element in conflict zones.
