Due to the publication of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, nowadays each teacher, each institution and even each student knows what their needs are, their objectives, what and how they have to learn, and what steps they have to take in order to achieve their targets and a resounding success. Yet, there is a lot to be discussed about all these issues. Everyone is taking a deep interest in findind the best answer to what and how we have to teach for a successful outcome and integration into modern society.Item PERFORMANȚĂ LINGVISTICĂ ÎN LIMBA ENGLEZĂ, PROCES CONTINUU A DEZVOLTĂRII PROFESIONALE(CEP USM, 2017-03-18) Nița, MarianaThis article highlights the importance of communicative competence in the English language from the perspective of teaching and learning. This issue comes to challenge our generation through the linguistic and sociolinguistic pressure that is put by each institution as regards employment and communicative skills. A natural, accurate and fluent use of English is sought throughout the world. This skill leads to a successful career because being able to pick up useful hints that are passed on by our teachers, to adjust and apply the knowledge we received from our tutors to our necessities in different daily situations will help us to be a competent and professional employee. The only person who will find out and tackle about the ”rules of this game” will always be at an advantage.Item TIPOLOGIA BARIERELOR LINGVISTICE ÎN PREDAREA-ÎNVĂŢAREA LIMBII ENGLEZE(CEP USM, 2016-03-12) Nița, MarianaThe success of teaching a foreign language depends on the hard work of both the teachers and the learners as well as on the ability to overcome the linguistic barriers. This article discusses many of the problems that the learners of English as a foreign language face and the difficulty of overcoming linguistic barriers. Special language drill and carefully devised methods are necessary to be handled by teachers in order to impel students to improve their communicative skills. This may appear to be a daunting challenge for many students, but the training and a well-balanced inner consciousness will ensure their fluency and accuracy while speaking a foreign language, their ability to cope with different kinds of barriers.Item POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUILDING UP AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT(CEP USM, 2022-05-13) Nița, MarianaDezvoltarea competenței de comunicare într-o limbă străină precum limba engleză reprezintă o provocare pentru unii studenți, în timp ce pentru un alt grup, aceasta reprezintă o simplă activitate care îi motivează să se dezvolte atât pe plan personal, cât și pe plan profesional. Cadrul didactic poate motiva studentul să descopere abilitățile cognitive pe care acesta le deține cu ajutorul unor modalități noi de activare a structurilor anatomice a creierului pe care le deține acesta în vederea achiziționării unei limbi străine. Pentru a dobândi o performanță lingvistică în spațiul educațional, neuroeducația vine în ajutorul profesorului cu o serie de teorii ce merită a fi analizate pentru a ajuta studentul să depășească barierele ce pot prejudicia calitatea procesului de învățare a limbii engleze. Aplicarea unor practici despre funcționarea minții umane în învățarea limbilor străine poate crește nivelul de implicare a studentului, gestionarea activităților și proceselor de învățare.Item PRINCIPII IMPORTANTE ÎN PREDAREA LIMBII ENGLEZE CA A DOUA LIMBĂ (LIMBĂ SECUNDARĂ)(Print-Caro, 2021) Nița, MarianaTeaching English will always challenge us to look for the most suitable approaches, theories, and methods that can help students to acquire fluent, natural, and authentic English. Teachers’ role is to adjust their knowledge to learners’ needs, interests and motivation. Today, pedagogical approaches differ widely because of a rich variety of teaching methods we are used to. Nowadays, there are different ways to teach English depending on our goals, our past experiences to learn and teach it and our social interaction. Our forthcoming research focuses on some beliefs and direct observations on learners who succeeded in acquiring great communicative skills that helped them in their professional lives by implementing some important principles and by analyzing the development of teaching methods from the past until today’s post-methods era/or Covid-19 techniques, strategies that are transformed and adjusted to learners ‘needs and interests.Item IMPACTUL CADRULUI EUROPEAN COMUN DE REFERINȚĂ PENTRU LIMBI ASUPRA PROCESULUI DE PREDARE-ÎNVĂȚARE A LIMBII ENGLEZE(CEP USM, 2018) Nița, MarianaPersoanele care studiază limbile străine comunică în dependență de nevoile personale și cognitive. Deseori, viitoarele cadre didactice tind să imite stilul de predare și întrebuințează metodele foștilor profesori. Nimeni nu este învățat să vorbească o limbă standard sau informală. Posedarea cunoștințelor depinde în mare măsură de nevoile fiecărei persoane în parte, de obiectivele propuse, de cultura acesteia și de mediul în care a fost educată. Iată de ce cele mai eficiente metode de predare-învățare a limbii engleze rămân a fi un câmp de dezbateri continuu. Astăzi, datorită reeditării CECR pentru Limbi (2018), fiecare cadru didactic, fiecare instituție și chiar fiecare practician în domeniul predării/învățării limbilor străine cunoaște acele aspecte care ajută la dezvoltarea unui comportament lingvistic autentic datorită nivelurilor și descriptorilor prezentați în acest cadru. Desigur, criticile nu vor întârzia să apară. Cum să utilizăm acest document rămâne a fi o provocare, deoarece opiniile, complexitatea, multitudinea metodelor de predare reprezintă un câmp de dezbateri care cere aprofundare a cunoștințelor în descifrarea CECRL și cum să implementăm principiile expuse în acest document pentru o integrare de succes în societatea secolului XXI
