    PROIECȚIA COGNITIVĂ A NEOLOGISMELOR INTERNAȚIONALE ÎN CONTEXTUL EVOLUȚIILOR ACTUALE

    The new circumstances of society’s development entails the acquisition of new words and expressions that reflect these realities. It is a only natural that all the changes occuring in the world have an echo in the language, in general. And, since these changes can be downright overwhelming, they are all reflected in the lexicon and in communication. At the same time, we should mention that some linguistic areas have a greater impact on new lexical acquisitions than others. But, whatever the trends in this regard, there is a progressive growth of international neological elements, and, through them, a standardization of perceptions, of thinking in the immense space of human civilization. We note that the investigation of trends related to the ever closer interpenetration of languages through the use of an international neological lexicon constitutes an ongoing objective in linguistic research.

    LINGUISTIC IDENTITY AND THE IMPACT OF CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

    The article analyses how language shifts within multinational organizations under foreign management influence, focusing on how communication styles are impacted depending on the social level within the company. Managers influence subordinates’ linguistic behaviors and as a result their cultural positioning. It highlights language as a mar- ker of status and authority, with managers’ choices influencing subordinates’ adoption of similar linguistic forms, including vocabulary, speech patterns, and specialized jargon. English emerges as a global language in business settings, streamlining communication but posing challenges such as employee proficiency disparities and limiting linguistic diversity. Case studies like Rakuten’s English-only policy illustrate how language proficiency strategically affects multinational corporations, impacting cultural identity. Overall, the text explores the complexities of language in these environments, showcasing its evolution, challenges, and benefits in shaping organizational communication and cultural expression.

    LIMBĂ/VORBIRE VS. COMPETENȚĂ /PERFORMANȚĂ

    În perioada actuală, disputa continuă cu referire la termenii „limbă”/„vorbire” se produce pe fondul evoluțiilor constante și determinante pentru știința lingvistică, întrucât această dihotomie, stabilită și fundamentată de F. de Saussure, se află la temelia teoriilor și exegezelor ulterioare privind elementele corelative, dar și opozitive ale acesteia. Corelația limbă – vorbire este explicată, valorificată, completată de numeroși savanți, astfel încât există mai multe interpretări edificatoare. În acest articol încercăm să ilustrăm opiniile unor lingviști notorii referitoare la variatele aspecte ale acestei dihotomii.

    NORMĂ ȘI UZ ÎN LIMBA ROMÂNĂ ACTUALĂ: GHID METODIC

    Cursul Normă și uz în limba română actuală este axat pe pro- blemele de corectitudine a exprimării în limbajul standard şi este destinat atât studenţilor din grupele cu predare în limba română de la Facultatea de Litere, de la alte facultăți, cât și tuturor celor care doresc să-și cultive, să-și cizeleze limba, să se exprime corect și coerent. Acesta prevede obţinerea unor abilităţi de exprimare co- rectă, pornindu-se de la aspectul normativ al formelor gramaticale. În acelaşi timp, studenţii capătă obişnuinţa de a observa faptele de limbă greşite atât în exprimarea cotidiană, cât şi în limbajul stan- dard din spațiul public. În cadrul cursului, sunt luate în discuţie diverse probleme de corectitudine, sunt analizate greşelile, devierile de la norma literară întâlnite, propunându-se, de fiecare dată, variante corecte, recomandate.

    HAOS ŞI COSMOS ÎN CREAŢIA EMINESCIANĂ ÎN DISCURSUL CRITIC AL LUI MIHAI CIMPOI

    This article capitalizes the literary criticism of Mihai Cimpoi which refers to the correlation between cha - os and cosmos in the Eminescian creation. Through the general-human spheres we identify the myth concept selected for the methodological work. Focusing mainly on Eminescian creation, Mihai Cimpoi contributed to the identification of the Eminescian myth, speaking in his terms of Pierre Albouy and mythologies projected on French literature. The Eminescu myth is amplified through the projection of the cosmogony of the Romanian folklore as well as of the Sanskrit, Greek, and Hebrew. The critic uses an effect of syncretism to call on a pars pro toto. This way of fragmented investigating, but concomitantly and completely, has unique perspectives of the text. The artistic creation is becoming a mediator in the knowledge of the Being, in which the reader could be mirrored.
