    La compréhension de la terminologie du droit reste toujours une terra incognito pour les profanes, mais il y a quand même des outils qui la font plus accessible: plus claire et plus concise. Les communiqués et les travaux des organisations non-gouvernementales et les articles de presse représentent un tel instrument. No tamment là-bas on peut identifier de différents degrés de spécialisation, fait qui peut générer les changements sémantiques des termes. Les termes pouvant se transformer dans des mots communs, notre but étant d’identifier le rapport terme/mot, observer le niveau de spécialisation des textes et la polysémie des mots, s’il sera le cas.

    LA DIMENSION INTERSOCIALE DE LA TERMINOLOGIE DU DROIT DE LA FAMILLE, DE LA FEMME ET DE L’ENFANT EN FRANÇAIS

    Law is a social phenomenon and the translation of a legal text refers to the transfer of a product into another culture which poses many difficulties to the process of translation. Problems of (mis) understanding appear not only while translating from one language into another one, but also due to the diversity of legal systems of the states that have the same official language. This statement explains the need of several stages in translation of a legal text: the first being decoding of information at the level of a language and a society, while the econd one is the translation of the text and its adaptation to a new linguistic and social and egal reality.
