    COMUNICAREA DIGITALĂ ÎN MEDIUL PROFESIONAL ȘI FENOMENUL SCHEMATIZĂRII AL LIMBAJULUI STANDARD

    În era digitală, comunicarea online a devenit un fenomen omniprezent, având un impact tot mai evident asupra limbajului standard. Un aspect semnificativ al acestei influențe este schematizarea limbajului standard în limba română, fenomen care se datorează în mare măsură terminologiei din domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale din limba engleză. Această influență se manifestă printr-o adaptare a limbajului românesc la stilul concis și adesea informal caracteristic comunicării din mediul online, pornind de la adaptarea textelor la ecranului telefonului mobil într-un SMS până la scurtarea și reprezentarea grafică a mesajului din comoditate.

    LINGUISTIC IDENTITY AND THE IMPACT OF CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

    The article analyses how language shifts within multinational organizations under foreign management influence, focusing on how communication styles are impacted depending on the social level within the company. Managers influence subordinates’ linguistic behaviors and as a result their cultural positioning. It highlights language as a mar- ker of status and authority, with managers’ choices influencing subordinates’ adoption of similar linguistic forms, including vocabulary, speech patterns, and specialized jargon. English emerges as a global language in business settings, streamlining communication but posing challenges such as employee proficiency disparities and limiting linguistic diversity. Case studies like Rakuten’s English-only policy illustrate how language proficiency strategically affects multinational corporations, impacting cultural identity. Overall, the text explores the complexities of language in these environments, showcasing its evolution, challenges, and benefits in shaping organizational communication and cultural expression.

    HIBRIDIZAREA LIMBAJULUI STANDARD: ACCEPȚIE ȘI DEFINIRE

    Evoluția limbii ca entitate complexă, care s-a dezvoltat dinamic și s-a modelat de secole prin influențe istorice, culturale și sociale, este obiect de cercetare pentru specialiști din domeniul lingvisticii și alte științe sociale, interesul fiind stimulat în mare parte de contextul actual al globalizării și evoluției tehnologiilor informaționale. Lucrarea de față este parte a tezei de doctorat și are drept scop examinarea procesului de modificare și evoluție a limbajului standard; în mod special, vom analiza fenomenul hibridizării limbii române cu exemple ale comunicării din mediul online și din mediul profesional. Exemplele le vom aduce, în mare parte, din textele plasate pe rețelele de socializare Facebook și Linkedin, platforme de comunicare virtuală care înregistrează schimbul de limbaj în timp real.

    TENDINȚE DE ACCEPTARE LINGVISTICĂ ȘI IMPACTUL ACESTEIA ÎN LIMBAJUL STANDARD

    The proliferation of new technologies, particularly those based on artificial intelligence, has ushered in changes in communication patterns and the speed at which language evolves. English, with its linguistic prestige, has become the lingua franca in the virtual space of private organizations and educational institutions, facilitating the acceptance of diverse forms of communication. Foreign investments have brought new cultures and communication styles, which are often adopted by local organizations. Social networks and online media have also contributed to the evolution of standard language. The advent of open access to artificial intelligence platforms has raised questions about how this technology will influence human life and communication. The aim of this paper is to analyze the key factors driving the change in standard language and the level of acceptance of these changes.

    UNELE CAUZE ALE DERAIERILOR ÎN LIMBAJUL STANDARD ROMÂNESC ACTUAL

    This article aims to analyze some causes of the language diversity and the way language changes and adapts in a society where members possess the ability of speaking more than one language. We will mostly rely on Republic of Moldova example, where bilingual communication has been much used in the Soviet period and went through many changes since then. We will also bring some examples of the current expressions among professionals and young people who due to their extended social communication make an unconscious language choice. The paper also explores how the language shifts from one generation to another. One of the most visible trends in Moldovan society is the bilingual lexical variation and borrowing from English at the same time maintaining a certain lexical variation from Russian.
