Item Examinarea contestațiilor electorale(CEP USM, 2024) Soroceanu, IgorProvocările și disputele care apar în timpul și după alegeri sunt inevitabile, ducând adesea la depunerea contestațiilor electorale. Contestațiile electorale sunt plângeri oficiale depuse de către candidați, partide politice sau alegători, care susțin că au fost încălcate drepturile electorale sau au avut loc nereguli în procesul electoral. Aceste contestații pot viza diverse aspecte ale alegerilor, de la modul de organizare și desfășurare a votului, până la numărarea voturilor și anunțarea rezultatelor. Examinarea contestațiilor electorale este, prin urmare, un element foarte important în obținerea integrității și transparenței în alegerile din Republica Moldova. Unele voci susţin că au fost şi mercenari, ceea ce ne propunem să supunem analizei în cadrul prezentului demers ştiinţific.
