Abstract

Preventing, by any means, the free exercise of the right to vote or to be elected, as well as attacking, by any means, the premises of the polling station, offering or giving money, goods or other benefits for the purpose of determining the voter to vote or not vote for a certain list of candidates or a certain candidate. Regarding the legal object, we note that, in the end, the purpose for which criminal offenses in electoral matters were created is to protect social relations regarding the exercise of the right to vote and to be elected, as well as the integrity, transparency and equidistance of electoral procedures [6].
